Contatto PPA

Fiz a conexão do contatto PPA com o home google, viculou a conta, tudo certo. Porém ao tentar utilizar o home para abrir ou fechar o portão apresenta uma mensagem de "algo deu errado" e não executa a automação. Alguém tem alguma solução?

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Contatto PPA gate isn't responding when you try to open or close it from the Google Home app, resulting in a "something went wrong" message. I'm happy to help you!

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • Can you control other smart home devices connected to the Google Home app without issue?
  • Can you control the Contatto PPA gate directly from its own app?
  • Have there been any recent changes to your home network?
  • Have you already attempted any troubleshooting steps? If so, what were they?
  • Is the Google Home app updated?
