Google Mesh Wifi

Hello, I use Xfinity Wi-Fi modem and I'm trying to avoid to modem rental fee and I plan on getting a Google Mesh Wifi router and I want to know if I can still use Xfinity coax cable with Google Mesh Wifi with a MoCA  adapter would that work? I want the Google mesh but I don't have a modem

Hey Wuyni,

 

Thanks for visiting the Community.

 

To use a Google Wifi point, you'll need to connect it to a modem with an Ethernet cable. This can be a standalone modem or a modem and router combination provided by your ISP. If your place doesn't require a modem for internet access, you can plug a router directly into the wall's Ethernet jack. You can check this link for more information.
