Google Nest Doorbell Battery Operated

After numerous attempts and trying 3 different solar panels, still will not connect. Google Nest Doorbell is defective. Warranty expired and unable to receive a refund, exchange or recycle this product. Tried contacting the customer support chat and it stated I was number 1 in line. That was 3.5 hours ago. Google is too large of a corporation to have this Do not Contact/Call way of business.
