I am sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with your device not loading. I wanted to follow up with you, and see if I could be of any help. Please try these steps to see if that helps resolve the issue.
Put your device in recovery mode:
That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― have you tried the steps provided above by @Jake? Are you using the official power adapter? Have you also tried other power outlets? What is the status of your Google Nest Hub screen or better yet, what do you see on the screen? It would be of big help if you send us a short video showing the status of the screen.
