Google Nest app is not compatible in my phone, in the past , is compatible, but is not compatible , is compatible in the new devices from Android, 10 and up, my phone is Android Nougat

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Try reinstalling your Nest app to make sure you have the updated version. Check as well if you have a software update with your Android phone. Let us know how it goes.
