Does Google have any employees working in the Google Communities?
in the past it was noted that customers (by other companies) are an excellent for marketing for a companies products.
Google does appear to be interested in businesses but not individuals?
I have received invites to webinars for Google Cloud, etc as a business but nothing for Google home related products.

This is predominantly a user to user community, so you won't typically see Google employees posting in the community. You will however see Community Specialists, who do work for Google, when further review or escalations are needed.

Hi David,
There is currently a thread with issue of Nest cams pixelating, etc. in Google Home app ...
it would help to have a product expert or specialist tag in on this one.
users are being asked to reinstall their cams, which I think loses their history to 'see if that helps' ... the feed is pixelated and some green screen and can be very slow to update. For me this seemed to start after last Google Home app update 2 weeks.

Thanks for this update David. As I have mentioned in previous posts I have been a Nest Cam user since the Dropcam days. In those days, Dropcam staff were definitely actively involved in both product assistance and product direction …
This groups seems to be only beneficial for product assistance, not product direction.
after years of trying to find a place for product direction discussion and action, I finally moved my new acquisitions to Wyze where they do have both product assistance and also product direction. Their various customer engagements including forum, discord, reddit, facebook & X as well as YouTube all include both volunteers as well as staff, engineers as well as Executive & CEO.
Having worked in the Tech industry for 35 years, we always saw our customers as our best sales force. As you are connected with the Google Community Specialists, please forward this message to them and to their Executive.
I do see Google executives involved with business community in my invites to Google Cloud events BUT nothing for home based / individuals which are also Google customers.
It does not take much to turn a problem in to an opportunity. Hopefully Google $Trillion company will consider a shift which includes respect for their individual and home customer base as well.
