Google home can't find my console in xbox app.

Hello community, 

I am really getting frustrated after trying for days to solve this problem. So I am trying to link my Xbox to the google home app so I can control it with voice commands. But every time I try to, I get the message in the google app that this Microsoft account has no linked consoles while I am sure that my console is linked on the Microsoft account and it appears in the Xbox app as a linked console and I can control it through the Xbox app, so it is definitely linked. 

I updated both apps, I deleted them and reinstalled them, nothing worked. 

Does anyone know what could be the problem? My phone is Xiaomi 11T if this could be important to know.
