Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. Are you using a Personal or a Household routine? What are the usual actions you have in your routine? Kindly send a screenshot of one of your routines showing the actions. What are the troubleshooting steps you’ve taken?

Hi, im using personal routines. I dont use routines usually. I wanted to just try this feature. I havent taken any troubleshooting steps because theres nothing I could have done here.

For us to further isolate this, can you share a screenshot of the actions you have in this personal routine where it gives you the "Could not reach service" message? Let’s see if there’s a specific action that may cause this.
