Google home mini gen 1 sounds very bad

can't  put a video here but the speaker sou ds so bad now that we use it very rarely now... when we play ambience music it almost sounds like static.

Doesn't happen to every song/music but i've noticed that it only happens when there's low pitch music

Hey Mandar_Darokar,

 

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on.

 

Make sure your Google Home Mini is within 15-20 feet of your router. Try rebooting your Home Mini and router to refresh the connection. If the issue persists, try resetting your speaker to its default settings. It will help erasing the previous data of your speaker.

Really, Thank you Alex for replying. 

But I've already done all of the things you've listed. Unfortunately they didn't work. I just have a guess that the speaker itself is damaged, I was finding ways to fix the speaker. If possible I want to try replacing the speaker.

Warranty has already expired. I purchased this around 2-3 years ago in 2019-20 I guess.
