Google home no reconoce el comando reproducir videos de YouTube en Chromecast con Google TV

Le doy la indicación a mi Google home que reproduzca videos en Youtube en mi Chromecast con Google TV, pero no se vincula, me dice que hay un error prueba más tarde. Ya reiniciar mi dispositivo Google home y Chromecast desde fábrica volví a configurar todo y nada. Hace unos meses si podía realizarlo pero ahora ya no funciona. Por favor si saben cómo puedo solucionar este problema.

I am sorry to hear that your Google Home is not playing YouTube videos on your Chromecast with Google TV and is generating an error message that says “try again later”.

I appreciate you sharing the troubleshooting steps you’ve already performed to resolve the inconvenience. This information helps me suggest additional solutions. Let's try the following:

  1. Reboot Google Home:
  • Unplug the power cord from your Google Home.
  • Leave it unplugged for one minute.
  • Plug the power cord back in.

Note:  You can also do it from the Google Home app, but the instructions depend on the mobile device you use, you can find the instructions in Reboot Google Nest or Home speaker or display.

2.  Reboot WiFi router:

  • Unplug the power source for about one minute before plugging back in.

3.  Reboot Chromecast device:

  • Unplug the power cable from the Chromecast device.
  • Leave it unplugged for one minute.
  • Plug the power cable back in.

4.  After completing steps 1-3, say "Hey Google, sync all my devices." Then try playing a specific YouTube video by saying, "Hey Google, play [video name] on YouTube."

If this troubleshooting steps didn’t help to resolve the inconvenience, please erase the actual Home structure in your Google Home App and create a new one with a new name:

To delete a home:

  • Open the Google Home app.
  • If you have more than one home, tap Favorites .
  • At the top, tap the down arrow.
  • Select the home you want to edit.
  • Tap Settings.
  • Scroll to the bottom and then Delete the home where you have the Google Home and the Chromecast (and the other devices that are connected to your Google Home) .
  • Tap Delete home.

To create a home:

  • Open the Google Home app.
  • Tap Settings and then Add.
  • Select Home.
  • Follow the on screen steps.

Once your devices are in the new home structure, please command “Hey Google, sync all my devices” and try again to command “Hey Google play (specific name of the video) on YouTube”
