- Have you recently made any adjustments to your WiFi network or Google Home app?
- Have you ever been able to control your lights via your Google Home app?
- What is the model of your light bulbs?
- What is the model of your Google speaker?
- Are you using the same Google Account on your mobile device and in the Google Home app? Are you in the same room as your speaker or display?
- Are your light bulbs successfully set up on the Google Home app?
