Google nest learning thermostat cannot find any networks

a week ago

My google nest learning thermostat cannot find any networks. I have reset the thermostat, reset my wifi and it doesn't see any networks. The thermostat is about 5 months old.

Help please I paid alot of money for the thermostat.

  • How far is your Nest Learning Thermostat from the router?
  • Have you tried charging your Nest Learning Thermostat using a USB wire?
  • Is there an error code on the Nest Learning Thermostat display when connecting it to the internet?
  • Are you trying to connect to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz network?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, and more) near the thermostat?
  • Has there been any recent change in the home Wi-Fi network?
  • Have you tried to connect your Nest Learning Thermostat to a mobile hotspot?
