Did you ask it to play a specific artist or song? What is the response when you say "hey Google play Radiohead" or other similar command

I appreciate  for helping here. I know how it feels when you can't listen to your favorite music on your Google Nest Mini. A few questions: when did the issue start? What country are you located in? What is the default music service set on your device?

Let's try these steps below:

1. Move your Nest Mini within 15-20 ft. away from the router to get enough signal from your network.
2. Reboot your Nest Mini and router by disconnecting them from the power source and leave them unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, plug them back one at a time with intervals.
