Google nest outdoor battery cam.

I bought this camera new at Walmart within and 4 months. It just quit working all together. So I tried to warranty outhe camera and they told me I needed original receipt. Which I cannot find but I Found out today if I hit the camera on the ground by throwing it it comes on. The camera has an internal short. I will not buy no more Google products. I don't think anyone else should either. They are poorly made.

You can go on line with Walmart and print out your receipt.  Their app shows all your purchases, when, quantity, etc.   I've checked on line to see when I last purchased an item. Good luck!

@MichaelNapier21, I understand how frustrating it can be when something isn’t working the way it should. Don’t worry; help’s here.

What model of Nest camera do you have? Have you already tried to reset the device to factory settings?
