I installed two Hubspace outlets to control some lamps in my living room. I have them grouped in the Hubspace app, and in the Google Home app, they're combined as “Living Room lights”.
When I try to turn them on or off (whether through the app or through a routine), there's a noticeable delay of 1+ seconds between light reactions.
This is how they're grouped.
This is what I see when I try to add them to a routine. For example, I have a routine “Turn on the TV” that turns on my TV/Chromecast and turns off the lamps.
Is there a way to toggle the settings so the lamps change simultaneously? Eventually I plan to install a smart switch as well, so I'd like to group that in with the lamps so it all happens instantly and not sequentially.

I'm just another Google Nest customer, but my guess is that Google Nest can send a signal at the same time to all of the Wi-Fi devices for your lights, but they cannot control when that signal is received and implemented.
When we get "Visitor announcements" for a doorbell ring on the Nest Hubs around our house, the announcements don't all play at the exact same time.

Hi Juni, sorry I didn't see any reply with steps to try.
I don't think it's a matter of the signal delay. I think it is because the routine is doing each step sequentially from top to bottom of the command. That is why I hoped that I would be able to pair the lights. But if that is not possible (which seems to be the case), I'll just keep doing what I've been doing.

Hi folks,
@MplsCustomer, thanks for your input here.
@Imago_Monkei, thanks for reaching out. The Google Home needs permission from the smart devices' cloud before performing any actions. There might be a few seconds delay depending on how fast the commands are relayed.
Let me know if you have additional questions.
Best,
Lovely
