HP Printer pairing with my Google Home Nest Hub

I have an HP Printer, Bluetooth, and I would like to be able to send things, like recipes, to my HP Printer from my Google Nest Hub.  A lot of searches say to go to my Google Home app on my phone to do this.  I don't see anywhere to pair it or link it.  I have searched for my printer in my Home app, but it never shows up.  I was able to do it with my Amazon Alexa, but exchanged it for the Nest because we have a lot of Google Home devices.

I don't know about doing it with bluetooth, but here is how HP says to do it.
