Heat Link suddenly stopped working

Noticed a message on Nest thermostat display saying "The power to this thermostat is off" with code (H72). Clicked on Tech Info > Power & battery is showing 3.644V, Vusb =0.01V, Vin = 0.00V. Checked Wi-Fi and still connected. Checked Heat Link and no lights. Followed troubleshooting guide and none of the steps worked.

Cannot turn on heating manually as heat link is unresponsive although there is 230V present at the terminals. Have used USB cable to power up thermostat and replaced on wall mount. When the setup steps reach connection to heat link it tries (spinning blue around outside of screen) then just goes blank.

Have contacted Google support and waiting for a call back. From reading other peoples issues reported on same problem how long roughly did it take for google to call back? Have had no heating since Friday 6th Jan.

Hello there, Paul. I'm sorry to hear about your issue with the heat Link. Could you please answer to the following questions:

1. How long has your thermostat been installed for?
2. Have you had any power cuts recently?
3. Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
4. How many zones are present in the setup?
