Our nest cameras went offline and we had to reset all our cameras and doorbell. When we go to the google home app our devices are all missing. We tried to re add them but getting an error saying can’t find after we scan the QR code. Help!!

It might be easier if you contacted Google Nest Support (starting with the link below) so you can walk through with them the details of all that's happened in your case--details that would be hard to lay out in back-and-forth forum posts. You have some unusual events, like all your cameras and doorbells going offline and your resetting all of them. And a reset certainly should not cause your devices to simply disappear from the Google Home app.
