Hey Google! Why STILL no Google Workspace support after at least 3+ years?

That was the question 3 years ago why now still the same problem you can connect with Google home with all kinds of devices with your sweet account but you cannot hook to your thermostat..??  

Forget using anything to do with Google for your business they don't like you to mix business with personal so stay away from it with your business if you have any kind of small business...  Which Google knows there's very few small businesses in the world for sure??    Guess it's a market they really don't care about

I had the same issues with my Workspace accounts.
But as most Nest devices are personal devices, there are different privacy, compliance, and security requirements for business accounts.  

With the Hub able to connect to workspace and not the thermo...

I guess the workspace data is safe in the hub - a severe threat on thermo?

Do you recommend using spyware or virus protection as well to offset thermo risk?

No, I am referring to contractual and legal differences between consumer and business/enterprise services & devices.

A Workspace account is, by default, a business account that has different privacy (GDPR), uptime, and other legal implications. From that standpoint, I understand why it is not supported.

That does not mean I would love to see the support for Workspace accounts. 😉
