I need more information on the equipment your using. . . future more, if your experiencing problems and you believe they are technical, and you are inexperience, please just return for a replacement. . . do not attempt to alter these products without professional support. . .

I can't get anyone to respond either. maybe we're the developer and were being monitored for the service we provide or attempt to provide. Enjoy the interaction with the people.
