How do I create a routine in google home that asks me if I want to perform an action or not?

I would like that the device from which the routine is performed will ask me if I want or do not want to perform an action based on my answer which can be positive or negative (i.e. Yes or No). The next action (for example turn on a light or...) is conditioned based on the previous one
