My Renewal date was 11/23/22, I cancelled my subscription on 11/21/22. They processed my renewal anyways. Only way I new they were charging my account is due to a bank notification. I don’t want to do a fraud charge, I’m going to have to if I can’t figure out a way to contact them. I’ve tried using their stupid page they tell you to use and get the run around. Help.

I have been too that link and tried each box and it continually sends me back to the starting page never sends me to somewhere for actual help, calling bank tomorrow for a fraud claim and let them deal with you. I never receive a bill, or notice from you that it was being taken from my account.

I'm just another Google Nest customer, but when I try the "Contact us" link and fill in a reason, I get 3 options: Get a call, Call us, or Chat (less than 1 minute wait); see screen shot below. Google Nest's claim on that page is that you "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
