How do i fix not responding error on google home device

Before my lamp used to work perfectly with no issues but i faced this issue any help for this

Hey Sean123,

 

Thanks for reaching out — let's check this out for you.

 

A few questions: were there any changes on your network or set up? Is it only happening with your lamp? Also, can you still control it using its native app?

 

Give these steps a try: 

 

  • Unlink your lights account from the Google Home app. 
  • Before linking it back, reboot your plugs, speakers and router to refresh the connection. Link it back. 
  • If you get the same result, reset your Google Home and reinstall your Google Home app.
