How to switch off default reminders or suggestions.

Google Assistant on Hub reminds has preset reminders every 10am, 3:30pm, etc.,  ---telling me to drink water, wash my hands, prepare lunch/dinner.  I cannot figure out to turn this off.

It's repetitive and i want turned off.

WORKDAY ROUTINE

Hi Alex, i checked and there's none set in Family Bell. A little research and i found this :

So there's a default WORKDAY ROUTINE. I just removed it!

Hey HT29,

Thanks for reaching out — let's check what's going on.

Try checking if there's a bell announcement set up in your Google Home app.

  1. On your mobile device, open the Google Home app.
  2. On the upper right corner of the screen, tap the account icon > Assistant settings > Family Bell.
  3. On the upper right corner of a bell announcement, tap to turn it on or off.

Hope this helps.

Best,

Alex
