My camera is offline for days? Is it a payment problem maybe?

Your Nest Aware subscription should not affect whether your camera is offline. Have there been any changes at all to your Wi-Fi network? Have you tried restarting your camera?

Hey there,


Thanks for bringing this up to me, I'd love to take a look into this for you. Payment inquiries with Nest Aware shouldn't affect your camera's ability to stay connected to the Wi-Fi. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This might be helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
