Resolved! the Script Editor does not show up in the Android Home App.
I can add automation routines in the web app home.google.com, but they do not show up on my Android Goggle Home app under "Automations", anyone know why? Is there a sync that needs to be done? Or is web automation only available to trigger on the web...
