Thanks for help. I have a nest aware plus that I have had a few months but have never been able to view the video history. From what I read I should have the forward and backward buttons and arrows. I have none of that. If I go to home.nest.com it wants me to choose my product but it is not where I can choose it so there is no way for me to correct the problem. Anyone who might be able to help me with this problem, I would sure appreciate it. A few months back we had a truck stollen and this camera saved us. But that is when we moved to the nest aware plus because we didn't know we were missing some of the coverage we needed. Since that time I have not been able to view the video history at all. Thanks in advance, about desperate after working for months trying to figure this out and not a single customer service person I can talk to for help.

Thanks for posting here in the Community. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with your Nest Camera video history. No worries, we'll check this out. Since you don't have the timeline to rewind and fast forward your video history, we need to check if you use the same email on your Nest App or Google Home app to purchase the Nest Aware Plus.
To check if your account has an active Nest Aware subscription, please follow this link and make sure you sign in with the same email that you use on the Nest or Google Home app.
Here is a link on how to view the video history and save video clips on the Nest or Google Home apps.
