Import alarm sounds files on google nest hub

Hey does anyone know how to change the alarm to a Spotify song or a imported mp3 file

You can use a Spotify song if you're in the US (see the media alarm section):
Set and manage alarms and media alarms on your Google Nest speaker or display - Google Nest Help

Using an imported MP3 isn't an available option, unfortunately.
