Integrating Google Home and Lutron Caseta

I have spent considerable money installing Lutron Caseta switches in my home.  I have 34 of them.  For the last couple of weeks, Lutron and GH were working great together.  Then, all of a sudden, things stopped working.  I have linked an unlinked Lutron a dozen times.  I have rebooted, restarted, unplugged, uninstalled apps, updated apps, and pulled hair until I'm exhausted.  I have deleted my home and added a new ones several times.

1.  When I try to link Lutron via GH, most of the time I get a pop up box that says "Could not reach Lutron.  Please try again."  I do this five or six times and then, all of a sudden, it actually connects.  But, all of my Lutron lights (switches) show as "offline."

2.  If I try to control my Lutron devices via voice control, it says some variant of, "Sorry, I couldn't reach Lutron."

3.  Everything works in my Lutron app.

Any suggestions?  I think it's a real shame that both Google and Lutron advertise that their respective products work with each other, when they clearly don't.  It really shouldn't be this hard.

I have the Lutron Caseta devices in my home as well, I would say they are generally the most reliable of all my smart switches (the least reliable thus far being the Hue Line).  Only issue I have ever run into is the Lutron Hub occasionally had to be rebooted if it ran into an issue, have you tried that yet?  Whenever rebooting a hub, I found it best to power cycle my network as well.
