Just setup my Chromecast and it said I would get a 3 month trial but only got 2 weeks.

Hello! I just setup my new Chromecast with Google TV HD and during the setup process, it said I got a 2 week trial of Youtube Premium and could extend it to 3 months if I added a payment method. The offer is no longer showing up and I'm not sure what to do next.

Thanks for reaching out. Try the steps below and let me know how it goes:

1. Confirm the device is successfully set up.
2. Reboot the device: Unplug it from the power source > wait 15 seconds > plug it back in.
3. Check for offers from the Offers page or Feed tab > in the Priority events section, find the promotion card > tap Redeem now.

If you still can't see the offer, please reset your Chromecast with Google TV (HD).
