Kicks me out every time I go to all sittings

Every time I go to all settings in my Chromecast device it kicks me out. I cannot update or do anything with the device. I try to factory reset by pressing the button for 20 seconds and it’s the same

  • Unplug Everything: Unplug the Chromecast device from the HDMI port and unplug its power adapter from the wall outlet.
  • Wait: Wait for 5 full minutes before plugging anything back in. This ensures the device is fully discharged.
  • Re-plug: Plug the power adapter back into the wall outlet first, and then plug the Chromecast back into the TV's HDMI port.
