Lenovo Smart Clock alarm not working

My Lenovo smart clock works seamlessly in every aspect, except the alarm function. The alarm will appear to be going off on the screen, but there won’t be any sound. There is sound with every other feature, except the one I need to use most. This started about a month ago. I’ve restarted, reset it, software is updated. Please help!
