I have Google Nest Doorbell trying to connect to Google Home. Nest is not listed as an option as under Works with Google.

That's because Google Nest devices do NOT get installed using the "Works with Google" option. That is used for non-Google Nest devices that have a "Works with Google Home" badge.

If you have an older Google Nest Hello Doorbell that got installed in the Google Nest app (we have 3), then it should automatically appear in the Google Home app as well, provided that you are logging into the Google Nest app and the Google Home app with the same Google Account and are accessing the same Google Nest "home/structure".  That's how it works for us.  (If you started using the Google Nest app before Aug. 19, 2919, then you also need to have migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9297676.  We migrated in 2019.)

If you have a newer 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell or Google Nest Doorbell (Battery), it needs to get installed in the Google Home app by selecting Settings and then "+ Add", and then selecting "Device".
