Linked ADT to Google home, all sensors show up except doorbell

I have ADT and an ADT pulse doorbell camera. I recently used the “works with Google” to add ADT devices to my Google Home app. It finds and imports all of my sensors and alarm but not the doorbell. The doorbell is working in the ADT app. I have tried to unlink and delink the account, reboot the doorbell, as well as sync devices. It always finds every ring except the camera.

Hey Ninjajake,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on. 

Could you try reinstalling your Google Home app? Once done, use the command "OK Google, sync my devices". Rebooting your Google Home, ADT devices and router might help too.

Hi! I tried resetting, uninstalling, unlinking and relinking, but nothing works. It only finds the window and door sensors and main alarm system. It never finds the camera.

Hi Ninjajake,

To confirm, have you tried resetting your camera? If so and you get the same result, I highly suggest contacting ADT support for additional assistance since it's only happening with your camera.
