Ok ive been trying to accept an invite to a home for about a month now. I get no answers with customer support they just continuously ask the same questions i give the same answers and leave the discussion more frustrated then when i started. The madness part comes when you realize that Google itself has not a clue what theyre selling, updating, and pairing with. So much so that they have have deligated us, their customer, to providing our own customer support via this forum.
What other product out there is so bad, or has so many issues without solutions that they have to dedicate an entire forum for solving the problems? What other company is so clueless when it comes to their own product that they have to scrape these forum boards to find possible solutions to issues theyve created? When you contact support they should be able to walk you through any issue and show you the problem as well as the resolution in a way to educate and inform you. Instead we get, "ask someone else who has one maybe theyll know".
Its time to kick this junk to the curb. It will take some time to get used to life without it (when it actuallly works) but in the end the amount of frustration to be lost in my day to day life. I mean would anyone buy a car that worked half the time? Or an oven, washer, or dryer? Weve gotta shake of the brainwashing and take back the power back and the only way to do that against a massive faceless corporation is to starve them out. Time to boycott this trash and the trash they sell.
