Hello everyone.
All of my Lutron Casita lights have gone "Offline" in my Google Home app. All of the lights work perfectly when accessing them Lutron app. I've tried "unlinking" Lutron and "relinking" Lutron in Google Home but the link to Lutron never shows up in "Linked Services." I've deleted the Home app, reinstalled, deleted my Home in Google Home and tried moving the lights around, I've cleared caches in Google Home, Assistant, and Lutron--nothing seems to work. If I could just delete the lights from Google Home, that might do it--but I can't get rid of the lights even though I am unlinked in both Google Home and Lutron apps.
Same issue with my August home--it is not linked in Google Home, but the lock is still showing as offline in Google Home.
Thanks for the help!

Hey natelaw33,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble this has caused you. Have you recently made any adjustments to your WiFi network, Google Home and/or Lutron setup? Also, try using a different phone in linking your Lutron account.
Keep me posted!
Kind regards,
Alex

Hello thanks for the response. Yes I changed my wifi password as part of a hard reset. since then, I can't get google to link with Lutron. have rest the lutron hub as well but to no avail. my Google home just shows all of the lights as offline, it's like Google needs to clear the cache but can't. when I try to link lutron it says "successful" but the link does not persist in the linked apps menu.

I will add that I have set up a new Google home under a different Google account and there is no issue with lights being offline in the Google account--clearly a Google home glitch. my original account still will not recognize the lights.
