My routines stopped working last week

I set up a bunch of routines and they stopped working last week. 

i was just going to go in and delete what I have and start over with some new ones but I can’t find a delete button?!?

 

i’m using the workday routine

It runs actions at 7:00am

then another set at 4:00pm 

the routine is set to active and nothing starts. 
since it’s a factory default routine, I can’t delete it… only each action individually.

 

my next test is to set it to not active and create a whole new one under a different name and same actions

Thanks for reaching out. That certainly hasn’t been easy for you, let's check what's going on with your Routines.

 

A few questions: were there any recent to your network or set up? Have you tried creating custom Routines? If so, are you getting the same result? Also, what devices did you run your routines?

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  1. Uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app.
  2. Reboot your devices and phone.
