Missing presence sensing feature in the Home app

Hi,

My Google Home app does not show "Presence sensing" in the Google Home app setting feature list.

My devices are:

- Google Home

- Google Home mini

I tried every I could find:

- Set the phone region to US

- Set the phone language to US

- Manually create a new routine name "Home" or "Away" --> generate an error

Same here. So frustrating that all help pages tell you to just switch on the "Presence sensing" option, but there is no such option.

Same here. I was using the app, activated Presence Sensing, did some stuff within the app, and now the option is no longer there. This is frustrating.

Hi Nge, I got the "Presence Sensing" option back by activating the default "I'm Home" an "Leaving Home" routines. Apparently these are the trigger to show the presence sensing option.
