Try to switch your android in US English and wait for a week, it's the last thing I remember changing. I not sure it it really helped since the presence sensing option suddenly appeared today.

It sounds crazy but the "presence sensing" item in my Home app settings just appeared today. Without updating the app. I believe Google is working on the backend. I changed nothing since the last time I checked.

Hi,Yes we do need help, the issue is still occuring. I went through the all documentation about presence sensing and much more without success. It's either a bug or an undocumented restriction. Regards
