Monitoring My Mom in Asissted Living

I bought my mom a nest hub and cameras so that I can monitor what happens to her in assisted living. I would like to sign up with Nest Aware.  We also have a hub at our house.  Should I set up the hub in her apartment under her google account or mine? How do I set the system up so that I can view the cameras? Should the Nest Aware account be under her account or mine?

Thanks for responding. I've bought the hub and cameras for my mom's apartment in assisted living. She does have a smart phone and Google account. I was thinking of setting up the hub and cameras under her Google acct and then adding myself to her home. We also have a Google hub at our house. I need to sign up for nest aware and think I should do it under her Google acct? However we decide to set it up, I need to be able to access the camera footage easily and quickly. Any thoughts?
