Motion sensor notifications

Is it possible to set up notifications for IKEA motion sensors without having to set it up as an automation?

I ask because a fairly significant amount of the time these automation notifications are only received when I unlock my pixel 9 and not when the sensor is triggered. Unlike on my iOS device where the notification for a triggered sensor is almost instantaneous.

Thanks in advance

As a new user, I also looked at your post and can share my opinion. It seems that the problem with instant notifications on Android is related to how the system processes background messages for automations. On Pixel 9, it really happens that notifications only come after unlocking the phone, while iOS more actively supports push notifications for sensors. Speaking of services that help organize notifications and manage them more conveniently, I came across an interesting article about online restaurant reservation systems: click  . It describes how modern services can instantly send notifications to users and allow them to effectively manage all contacts and orders. This is a slightly different field, but the principle of instant notification and reliability of messages is similar to what is important for sensors and smart systems.
