NEST router SSID

I NEED HELP with finding the SSID of my wifi. My provider says that it should be on my Nest router but I cannot find it. I am trying to connect a samsung TV to the internet

Open the Google Home app, then tap the Wi-Fi button at the top of the Favorites tab. You'll see your network name (SSID) in the first box at the top of the screen.

An easy test is if you open the Wi-Fi settings on your phone, do you see that as an available Wi-Fi network?
