Nest Hub 1ra Gen

Buen Dia:

Anteriormente le daba la orden o instrucción al nest hub para encender luces a cierta hora o día, desde hace unos días esa función ya no la acepta, le doy el comando y no la cumple sino enciende la luz en ese instante y no lo hace para la hora requerida.

Tuvo alguna actualización o como soluciono el problema??

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some problems with your routine that is not starting at the time that you are requesting. I understand how frustrating it can be when things don't work as expected. But don't worry; help is here. In this case, the routine may fail to run due to a number of reasons. The following steps may help you to find out why your routine didn’t start as expected:

1. Check the Activity feed in your Home app to understand when and how your routines ran.

   1. Open the Home app, tap Activity, and find 'Routine started' events.

   2. The details should include the time the routine ran, the name of the routine and what caused the routine to start.
2. If the details don’t match how you want the routine to run, edit your routine’s starters and actions.
3. If the starters and actions are correct, check if the routine is activated.

   1. Open the Home app, tap Automations, and select the routine you want to check.

   2. The Activate routine toggle must be in the on position for the routine to start. If it's grayed out, tap to activate the toggle.
