Nest Hub Max "see all apps"

I've blown a couple of days trying to find out why the "See All APPs" button won't display on one of two Nest Hub Max I've bought in the last 60 days. After trying everything - factory reset, removing and re-installing the Hub from Google Home - no success. I took that device back, got a brand new replacement, same thing. My other Max - so such problem.

 

I'm in Canada, and I just noticed this on one Google search - only reference I've ever seen on hours of searching: https://support.google.com/googlenest/search?q=see+all+apps

The first reference that shows up says "(US ONLY)" and if you click on that, no further reference to country. Is it possible that "See All Apps" is only available to American residences, and not the rest of the world? and if so, why does NO ONE seem to know that?

We don't have any news to share the availability of Apps on Nest displays or "See all Apps" button in other countries. We're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take it as feedback.
