Nest Thermostat E not connecting to wifi even after a factory reset

Hi there,

I have been trying everything, moving router, reseting wifi, restarting my nest, resetting it to factory settings etc. but I can not connect my nest to my wifi. It used to be connected until my circuit tripped.

Has anyone had this problem?

Same issue here. Error TD005.....

Nothing. Joins wifi just fine via the thermostat itself. Just fails when trying to add via app 😞

Finally got it to work. I used a 3rd spare phone which never had the Nest app on it. Worked first try (thats the short story).
