My nest thermostat keeps changing to 65 in the middle of the night. I just had it replaced because the other one did the same thing. I don't get it all the settings are turned off.

Press the schedule button, delete the one that’s changing it to 65 each night

I wish that was the issue but unfortunately it's not. There is nothing scheduled and all settings are turned off. I just had this thermostat installed.

Hi folks,
@willnww, thanks for the help!
@Jiggy1, thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this. To isolate the issue, could you check the Nest Energy History to see the reason why your Nest Thermostat is changing the temperature? You can click on this link to learn more about this.
Thanks,
Edward

I've tried everything you're about to tell me to do. It's simply just an issue with this thermostat.

Hi Jiggy1,
Thanks for the response. What does the Energy History show about the change in the temperature?
Thanks,
Edward

It keeps saying it was changed by me

Hi Jiggy1,
Thanks for letting us know. That's interesting. If it's showing your name, that means it was changed using the app. Are there any other devices with your account logged into it?
Thanks,
Edward

There aren't any other devices yeah I thought it was interesting as well. Why would I change my temperature down to 64° my home is cold at 74°. I wanna say there's an issue with the app.

A1 Air tried, Nest customer service tried, answers on Google didn't help. I'm just going to say these devices are defective

Thank you. They have already reached out to me. They want to send me another thermostat but I've turned the offer down. This one I have is brand new and is the 2nd one that has the issue. I'm sure it's the Nest app with the issue.

Hi Jiggy1,
I understand. To isolate the issue if this has something to do with your account, could you try setting it up using a different email address?
Thanks,
