Nest Wifi Point

I noticed my wifi point isn't connected to the network.  So, unplugged and plugged back in.  Followed steps to add a device; however when I go to add point to network it's asking to scan QR code (there isn't one) or an 8 digit number (there isn't one).  I'm stuck.  Any ideas are greatly appreciated.  Thank you

So the Wifi point shows as offline in the Google Home app?
