Nest app to Google Home app

After controls were transferred from the Nest app to the Google Home app I'm experiencing some issues with the familiar face detection.

On many occasions detecting familiar faces is a hit and miss although all settings are correct and no unfamiliar faces have been detected.

Anyone is experiencing these issues?

My nest doorbell is the Nest Hello doorbell wired.

I have followed all the steps as mentioned on your reply and I can confirm Google Home app is updated to the latest version.

Any suggestions?
