Nest door bell announcements

Hello

New to this community so appolligies if this sounds so basic but being a techie for 20 years I can't solve this issue,

So im all in with the Google/android eco system.

So I have 1 video doorbell,  1 spot light cam,  2 nest hub max, and 4 cambers and a few hubs and 5 fire alarms.  I'm running it all on a Orbi 6  wifi mesh system  with 1gb up and download.

Yet when someone rings the doorbell the hubs all can't show the doorbell, like the live feed once it's pressed. Used to be fine but all of a sudden its like it can't take it any more. Any ideas anyone?

Hi @Kevla,

Thank you for reaching out to the community! I understand you're experiencing issues with your doorbell not showing the live feed on your Nest Hub Max. I'll do my best to help you resolve this.

Before we proceed, let me ask you a few things so I can get you the most accurate details:

  • What type of doorbell do you have?
  • Have you noticed if the doorbell goes offline when someone presses the ring button?
  • Could you please try running a speed test from where the doorbell is located and tell me the results?
  • When did this issue start?
  • Do you have visitor announcements turned on?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • Did you receive any error messages?

Once you provide this information, I'll be more than happy to assist you further.

Best regards,

Debora
