Everything went out houre ago. My internet never went down. I can’t get doorbell off to hit reset. I unplugged the hardwired camera as instructions stated but that didn’t work. I haven’t tried to reset the hub. What’s happening?

I had problems with all of my cameras and some other IOT equipment that I traced back to a problem with the 2.4GHz radio shutting off in a modem/router upgrade I received from my provider. If you are in Europe or Canada, your nest cameras have the 5GHz radios disabled due to regulations so if you're located in either one of these areas, it's worthwhile to check (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9237959?hl=en#zippy=%2Cset-you-router-to-ghz-canada-and...)
I ended up installing a WIFI analyzer app on my phone to find the problem as the routers interface indicated that the radio was on but in actual fact it wasn't broadcasting the SSID. Had to replace the modem/router to fix the problem.
